One thing that never seems to tire anyone is a beautiful sunset. Whether you have traveled far and wide and seen the most spectacular things or not. Watching the sun go down in all its warm and vibrant colors leaves you with a feeling of peace and wonder. In awe of nature’s beauty. And you want to hold on to it as long as you can.
For me, it doesn’t get much better when I can travel and photograph at the same time. It combines my two greatest passions and is actually what I am devoting my life to right now. I know I am not alone in this desire. I know you all love to travel and bring home the beauty you encountered along your way.
Whether I am traveling or living my everyday life in a gray Northern European city, one of the things I try to do is to stay open to the magic of color. True, I do admit that it is easier in the more exotic and colorful parts of the earth. So, when I travel, I completely lose myself in photographing the pale green of a wall, or the copious pink of a bougainvillea.
